The Cuvée Tradition has been selected among the best plots, entirely aged in barrels, 50% of which new. This cru bears the name of the village it is situated in : Saint-Corbian, a hamlet part of Saint-Estèphe municipality. Château Saint-Corbian Cuvée Tradition is as meticulously taken care of as its elder brother Château Tour des Termes.

CEPAGE : 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot
AGE : 15 to 20 years

COMMERCIALISATION : through wine trade
SORTING TABLE : getting rid of unripe grapes at reception of harvest
WINE MAKING : traditional in thermo regulated tanks, stirred twice daily.
MACERATION : 21 days
AGEING : in barrels for 15 months (50% of the barrels are new)
SECOND WINE : Château Saint-Corbian. For the 2011 vintage, the Château Saint-Corbian Cuvée Tradition got the bronze medal at the Bordeaux contest.
